Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized university or institution.
  • Typing proficiency: Candidates must possess a typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) in English or 25 WPM in Hindi on a computer.
  • A basic computer certificate (like CCC, DOEACC, or equivalent) is mandatory for candidates who have not studied computer science as a subject in their curriculum.

Age Limit

  • Minimum age: 18 years
  • Maximum age: 42 years (relaxations apply as per Haryana Government rules)
  • Age is calculated as of 1 January 2026 (or as specified in the official notification)
  • Relaxation: SC/BC/EWS candidates get up to 5 years relaxation; ex-servicemen and persons with disabilities (PwD) get relaxation as per rules

Fee

  • General/OBC/EWS: ₹1,000
  • SC/BC/EWS (Haryana only): ₹250
  • Female candidates of all categories: ₹250 (as per Haryana government policy)
  • PwD candidates: No fee
  • Payment can be made online via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI

Selection Process

  1. Computer-Based Test (CBT) – Objective-type exam with questions on General Awareness, Reasoning, English/Hindi language, Numerical Ability, and Computer Knowledge. The CBT is worth 100 marks and lasts 90 minutes.
  2. Typing Test (Skill Test) – Qualified candidates appear for a typing test on a computer in English or Hindi. This is qualifying in nature; marks do not count toward the final merit but clearing it is mandatory.
  3. Document Verification & Medical Examination – Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents for verification and pass a medical check before final appointment.

Salary & Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in the Level-6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) pay matrix as per the 7th Pay Commission. In-hand salary typically ranges from ₹36,000 to ₹45,000 after allowances. Benefits include:
